No. Files are read and processed inside your browser using PDF.js and pdf-lib. Nothing is sent to a server or analytics service. Clearing the workspace or closing the tab removes them from memory.

Automatic detection gives each crop a confidence score. Pages that do not match the marketplace layout, scanned pages without text, rotated pages and crops that cut through content are held back. They are only exported after you confirm them.

After processing, open “Review & correct crops”. Click a label card, then drag the rectangle or its handles on the page, or type exact millimetre values. Use “Apply crop” to reuse the same crop on other pages, or save it as a preset. Then click “Update PDF”.

In the print dialog choose the same paper size as in “Print Settings & Advanced Options” and set scaling to “Actual size” / 100%. Increase the margins or use the offsets if your printer has an unprintable border.

Output pages are always portrait 4 × 6 in (288 × 432 pt) by default. Marketplace labels that are wider than they are tall are turned 90° so they fill the page at a readable size instead of shrinking. To change one label, open Preview Labels and use “Rotate label”; to stop rotation for all labels, turn off “Auto rotation” in Print Settings & Advanced Options.

Labels are embedded as vector content, not screenshots, so barcodes keep their original sharpness. Avoid scaling below ~70% and keep “Preserve aspect ratio” on. Scanned (image-only) PDFs keep their original resolution — it cannot be increased.

Use the Universal PDF Cropper to draw the crop manually and save it as a preset. Please also send us a sample PDF (with customer details redacted) so a detection profile can be verified for it.
